// Ordering
Is there a minimum order for gang sheets?
+
Nope. Order a single 22" × 12" sheet or a full 22" × 360" — you only pay for the sheet size you pick, no matter how many designs you nest on it.
// Ordering
Can I mix different designs on one sheet?
+
Yes. That's the whole point of a gang sheet. Load up as many logos, names, and numbers as you can fit — we'll print them all together.
// File Setup
What file types do you accept?
+
PNG (transparent background preferred), PDF, and vector formats like AI, EPS, and SVG. PNGs at 300 DPI give the best raster results.
// File Setup
What resolution and color mode should I use?
+
300 DPI at final print size, RGB color mode for the most vibrant results. Leave at least 0.25" of space between designs so they cut and weed cleanly.
// File Setup
Do I need to remove the background?
+
Yes. Anything not transparent will print — including white boxes behind your art. If you need help cleaning up a file, call us at 855-963-4100.
// Turnaround
How fast do orders ship?
+
Orders placed by 10:00 AM PT Monday–Friday print and ship the same business day from our Gilroy, CA facility. Orders after the cutoff ship the next business day.
// Turnaround
Do you ship on weekends?
+
We print and ship Monday through Friday. Orders placed Friday after 10 AM PT, Saturday, or Sunday go out Monday.
// Wash Care
How do I press a DTF transfer?
+
Preheat your press to 290–300°F. Press for 3 seconds at medium pressure. Peel hot immediately, then re-press for 5–10 seconds with parchment or a Teflon sheet to lock it in.
// Wash Care
How should garments be washed?
+
Turn inside out, wash cold on a gentle cycle, and tumble dry low or hang dry. Skip bleach and fabric softener. Do not iron directly on the transfer.
// Wash Care
How long will the transfer last?
+
With proper application and care, expect 50+ wash cycles with vibrant color and a soft hand feel. Under-pressing is the #1 cause of early failure.
